Royal Albert's Old Country Roses, designed by Harold Holdcroft, is arguably the most recognized and the most popular pattern of servingware/dinnerware in the world. Introduced in 1962, this fine bone white china has a gold fluted rim on each dish, beautifully accenting the rich colors of the roses.

The Royal Albert dishware that I am presenting here (and in future listings), was acquired through auctions from three separate households. It is clear from the comments expressed to me from the sellers, that these dishes have been cherished by the owners over the years. Judging by the condition of the dishes, you can see that's true.
